I am so very saddened at the news of your loss. My heart goes out to you all. I\\\'ve recently lost my Mother and my new normal is very different without her. Carla is with you all especially her children, you all will feel her near when you think of her, she loved her family dearly! Never hesitate to call us.

                             Lovingly yours,

                                    Joe & Sue

I'm so sorry for your loss. When I lost a loved one in death a couple years ago the scripture Revelation 21:3,4 really helped me. Also this article helped:

I hope you can find comfort in these difficult times.

    Dear Rick and family,

We were so sad to hear about Carla and want you to know you will be in our prayers. When my mother died last year, I learned something that has been so comforting. The more I talked about the good times with her and celebrated her life by doing things she liked to do, the closer she felt. I was able to feel that she is happy and wants me to be as well. I pray that in time you will be able to experience the same.

    With love and hope,

    Dave & Jo

    To Carla's Dear Family,

I knew Carla when she lived in Ohio.  What a sweetheart!  She always had a smile on her face.  And was so fun to be around.  I am glad we reconnected over the past few years, on Facebook.  Please know that we are praying for each one of you.  God bless you as you go through this difficult time.

I hope that you can find some comfort in what Jesus said when he compared death to sleep after his friend Lazerus had died, indicating that death is only temporary for all those who are sleeping in the grave. God has promised to awaken our dead loved ones just as we can awaken a person from sleep.  ~ John 11:11-14; 39-44; Luke 7:11-17; John 5:28, 29.

Met Carla while she worked at a Mexican fast food lace in mesa, Az in 1976. Fell hopelessly in love, traveled to Gridley, Ca, and slept 2 nights outdoors on the ground in November 1976 just to be with her as she called and asked me to come get her.  I tried to do it all right and the best I could. In any event, I am sad to have found out she died. My condolences to all family members, and ALL MY LOVE and BEST wishes to Emma-Marie. One day maybe we will talk again, and I get to meet you in person. I lost my Mother on Christmas eve., 1985, with 2 very you boys it was a hard Christmas to go thru. So I know it was a tough Thanksgiving.

All My Love to Emma and best wishes to all.

    Dennis
